Hansika Motwani is a famous child artist and now an upcoming heroine of Indian Film industry. She has done number of roles in Indian films and television.
Hansika was born on 9th August, 1991, in Mumbai. Her real name is "Hansika Pradeep Motwani". She is the youngest actress at the moment to have leading roles in bollywood movies.
Her father is Mr. Pradeep Motwani and mother is Mrs. Mona Motwani. While her father looks after Business, her mother is a popular Dermatologist. She also has a brother named Prashant Motwani.
Hansika is enrolled in the 12th Grade in the A levels. She attends Podar International School.
Hansika knows to speaks number of languages including Telugu, English, Hindi and Tulu, although her native tongue is Sindhi but she chiefly communicates in Hindi.
Hansika Motwani started her career as a child artist and won multiple awards as a child artist. Few of her series as a child artist are still being telecasted on the television. Hansika was featured in television shows – Shaka Laka Boom Boom, Des Mein Nikla Hoga Chand, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahui Thi and Hum Do Hain Na!

Hansika made her debut as a leading actress in Bollywood with Himesh Reshammiya in Aap Ka Suroor - The Real Love Story. She played the role of Himesh Reshammiya's lover Ria. The film was released on 29th June 2007 and became a hit mostly with the masses across India. This has paved the way for her to be called a promising newcomer.
