Sophie Choudry (also known as Sophia Choudhry) was born 8th February, 1981. She was born and brought up in London, United Kingdom.

Her father was a big fan of actress Sophia Loren, so named her Sophia. She recently started using the name Sophie. She has one elder brother. She now lives with her mother and grandmother.

Music was a big part of her growing up years. While in school, she was in the choir and also participated in musicals staged in her school and college. She was thirteen years old when the music composer Biddu noticed her talent and she got the opportunity to sing back up for singers like Alisha Chinai and Shweta Shetty.

Choudry also excelled in academics and studied European Politics and French at the London school of Economics. She also spent time in Paris at Sciences-Po, which is where most of the French politicians have studied. She is also a gold medallist from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.


A linguist she speaks English, Hindi, Urdu and French, She sings in all these languages as well as in Spanish, Punjabi and Arabic.


In 2000, she started her career as a pop singer with her all-girl band "Sansara" with a song which Sophie herself wrote ("Yeh Dil Sun Raha Hai"). Very soon the band separated and Choudry started her solo singing career, donning the videos "Habibi" and "Le Le Mera Dil" in 2001.


Sophie Choudry moved to India in 2003 and became a popular VJ on MTV India. She hosted shows like MTV Loveline, which eventually gained her popularity.

She was part of the girl band Sansara before she went solo. Her album 'Sophie and Dr.Love' was released in 2003 which was followed by 'BabyLove'. They included tracks like Mere Babu Chail Chabila and Ek Pardesi Mera Dil Legaya.The album was a chart-topper for six months in India and broke records in the U.K Asian Pop Charts by holding the number 1 spot for 12 weeks.


She is the winner of the Lycra MTV Style Award in 2004 for the Most Stylish Female in Music as well as the Bollywood Award for Best Pop Singer in 2005.

Choudry made her debut in Bollywood with David Dhawan's Shaadi No.1. Her other movies are Pyar Ki Side Effects and Speed. She will be seen with Neil Nitin Mukesh, Rahul Dev and Bipasha Basu in Aa Dekhen Zara.

Celluloid angel of south, Khushboo is more than just a pretty actress and has acquired a goddess status in the Tamil Nadu state.

Khushboo's real name is Naggarth Khan. She acts in all South Indian languages Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and Malayalam.

Khushboo was born on 29th September 1970 in Mumbai. She has three brothers. Her brother, Abdullah, is expected to make his debut in the movie industry, playing the lead role in the movie "Netru pol inru illai".

She started her career in the eighties as a child artist. Her first movie was Thodisi Bewafaii in 1980 where she had an uncredited appearance. Later, in 1981, she had her first role in Laawaris.

There were several strong rumours that the actress was married to Prabhu Ganesan who is son of the legendary late Tamil actor Sivaji Ganeshan. Shenaz Treasurywala (sometimes spelled as Shenaz Treasuryvala) or simply known as Shenaz is an Indian model, travel writer, and VJ-turned-actress.

Shenaz is born on 29th June, 1981 in Mumbai.

She was born and brought up in a middle class Gujarati-speaking Parsi family. Her father is a Merchant Marine. A keen photographer, the gorgeous damsel is a versatile personality who plays piano as well as guitar.

At age 14 Shenaz was enrolled in school at Mumbai, where she also later attended St. Xavier's College. In 2001, Shenaz moved to New York City where she studied method acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. While in New York, she also took a writing course at NYU. Her favourite hobbies include jet skiing, travel, and photography.


Discovered by a photographer during her first year in college, her first modelling assignment was for the soft drink Gold Spot. She also did advertising work for Akai and Philips before MTV Networks Asia hired her to work as a VJ on the MTV's Most Wanted program.


Her acting debut was in the 2003 Bollywood film Ishq Vishk, which earned Shenaz a nomination for the best supporting actress award by the Filmfare Film Awards. She made quite a dramatic entry into Bollywood after she lost her luggage, passport and visa papers while traveling by Kuwait Airways, and as result was unable to return to New York. This incident proved to be an advantage as she was approached by Ken Ghosh, who signed her up for a role in 'Ishq Vishk'. She has since then acted in a total of several other movies.

With her life-long love of travel, she has written travel articles for Cosmopolitan, ELLE, and Femina.

One of her ambitions is to host a travel show. Shenaz is also host on Travel Channel's 'Culture Shock', and has written travel articles in magazines which include Cosmopolitan, Femina, and Elle.

Shennaz wants to see her name amongst India's top photographers, and has varied passions like swimming, travelling, bungee jumping, reading, playing Guitar, etc.
